Why does a dog's elbows when it has just legs?
Many of literature I have read, it is quite clear that dogs seem to have elbow … how that be, if they only have legs? Surely they are not the knees and elbows?
Dogs elbows, but they do not have the knee. They are suffocated. The dog ancestors Skeleton, where the ability to run and jump. Their legs are designed to drive them forward quickly, leaping as necessary, chase and overcome prey. Therefore They have small, tight feet, walking on her toes, her legs are fairly rigid and sturdy, the front legs are loose and flexible, with only muscle attaching them to the torso. Although selective breeding has changed the appearance of many breeds, all dogs retain the basic elements of their ancestors. Dogs have shoulder bone (without the clavicle of the human skeleton separately), which allow a greater stride length for running and jumping. Walk on four toes, front and rear, and vestigial dewclaws (dog thumbs) on their front legs and sometimes on their hind legs. In some cases, these claws are missing due to surgery, sometimes separate Dewclaws removed, the possibility of their being torn down, or catch on something and breaking, especially in dogs with loose dewclaws to avoid. This practice is in some countries illegal. The dog ancestor was about as big as a dingo, his skeleton and took about 10 months to mature. Today's toy breeds have skeletons that mature in only a few months, while very large breeds such as Mastiffs 16 to 18 months to take for the skeleton to mature. Dwarfism is the proportion of the skeletons of some races are affected, as in the Basset Hound. Knowledge of basic anatomy also helps to compete in exhibitions or competitions.
Body weight training is a good way to get in shape and stay in shape. Especially if you have no access to traditional strength training equipment such as dumbbells or other resistance equipment such as cables. Unfortunately, weight training can be reduced a little bit more because you only your body and gravity at your disposal. This may mean that your training quickly boring if you do not know how to mix a little. Let's face it, while the same old moves over and over again without variety can be boring. So, let's mix it up! Let's take some of the most popular body moves and tweak them so that they are new and exciting again, is not it? Squats are moving a good connection, that burn fat fast, but wow, they can become obsolete in a hurry. Fortunately, there are many ways to change a squat. Try one-legged squats. How about split squats? Then there's Bulgarian squats (one leg raised on a bench behind you). Do not forget about Sumo squats, also known as plie squats. These are basically a wide stance squat with your toes pointing out, rather than straight ahead. Heck, you can in the regular Bodyweight squat and you do set a time to see how many squats can be limited to a period of time. I do not like a 5 minute Power Squat blast. My Record for the correct form of body weight squats in 5 minutes in the 218th
This is not easy to do, but it's a great workout. You see? It only takes a little imagination and there are a ton of ways to change to a squat. Well, how about push-ups? Changing the way, a push-up seems endless. Try the movements with the Hands in different widths, the closer you put your hands, the more you will work your triceps. Try some push-ups with your hands very far apart. Try, by one hand near your chest, and a regular in the place. Spiderman push-ups (where you bring your knees up to the elbow, how did you lower your body) is a fun way, things are changing. And finally, remember, you do not, the train is always too easy for you, You can always lift your feet (on a bench or chair, or if you're really strong, try the wall). The higher your feet, the harder the Push-up is. Now we have to beat the boredom of the old pull-ups over and over. One of the easiest ways to change a pull-up is just your grip. Once you have your Palms facing away from you periodically pull-ups. Once your hands on you, what is known as a chin-up. Another way to change your Handle is to expand it. The farther the hands are apart, the harder you are going to make your back muscles and develop the "V"-view, (also helps the waist) close look. With a hard time controlling the pull-up? Try "Kipping". You can add a little kick in your body Help you move, you drive to the counter. If pull-ups are still a challenge for you, try to work the negative instead of positive. That is, you jump to get up, even up to the bar, instead of drawing itself. Then, once you on the top position you descend to the lowest position very slowly (and very methodically, remain the full Control). This will help you build your strength and technique, so that eventually you will find pull themselves up much easier. There! Now there is no reason for your next Body workout to feel stale. Add some of these variations into your routine and you will again be energized.
