When filling out the educational info (like on Facebook, do) make the year started, or you left school?

They have already sent in your resume and cover letter introduction to a potential employer. Why do they want a telephone interview? Why not just bring you conduct in the real thing?
Especially in today's market there are many qualified candidates for each position has become available. One might think this would be the task of filling the position easier to make if, in fact, it makes it harder. Recruiters and hiring managers have the difficult task of looking through hundreds of CVs and have to close it up to a handful of the best suited to a conversation. That takes time and patience. Once they get to the pool of candidates, in a manageable number, it starts the phone interview process to narrow it further.
If you made it to the phone interview stage rejoice! Even They have come very far! By understanding the purpose of the telephone interview can be found in a position to prepare themselves better. Here are some of the reasons for the phone interview:
Evaluate communication style – regardless of what position will fill you to know how the employer that the person is able to communicate. They like to know whether the person is enthusiastic and has a good attitude. They want a feel for how the person will fit in their team. This is very important for each item.
